Pinot Grigio DOC Tenute Salvaterra

Pinot Grigio is a straw-yellow elegant and refined wine.  Its notes are more mature than fresh, because the hang time lasted one extra week. The great minerality accompanied by a good structure makes it an interesting wine.
In the palate this wine is refined and elegant, fresh and acid, characteristic. Edgy when young, after a couple of years it becomes more balanced.
